Empowering Ugandan Diaspora

The Ugandan immigrant community continues to make significant contributions to Uganda’s growth and prosperity. The Diaspora Union of Uganda encourages efforts to advance equity and opportunity for the Ugandan Diaspora all over the world, and will continue to encourage efforts to strengthen cultural, social, political, and economic ties between Ugandan communities, the global African Diaspora, and the Rest of the world.

As a union, Diaspora Union of Uganda is an organisation made up of members (a membership-based organisation) and its membership is made up mainly of Ugandans.

One of UDUUs main aims is to protect and advance the interests of its members in and outside of Uganda.
